So how does the progression work? One round a week, with the winners moving out to the next round? Or are there separate prizes for each round? And what is the lottery?
You kind of explained it but I'm a little confused.

Sorry if it's hard to read, maybe I'll edit it to be more clear soon. Each weekly topic has a winner, and people who come close to winning qualify for a lottery prize.
