You're done, it's over, forget about it. Destiny was about all there was in 2014 (that was a playable AAA title at least) and now that is no more. If you've already stopped by now, there's no point in going back.

See if you can buy the $40 edition. Click the rise of iron doc and see if in bundles containing the item it has the destiny collection upgrade. It has all the same stuff as the $60 version but for $40. That's what I did.

I would wait for the next big thing, Destiny 2 probably, unless you and some friends are hyped to play the raid, trials, iron banana etc.
