Nightstalker's Keen Scout not working correctly with Felwinter's Artifact
The "Ability to Mark targets you damage" part of Keen Scout perk of the Nightstalker subclass doesn't work in crucible when you respawn with Felwinter's Artifact equipped.
However the Marking does work if you respawn and then equip Felwinter's Artifact.

4 RepliesOn the septic primes strike , the area when you deploy ghost and wait two rounds. Nightstalkers tether doesn't work , show or impact when in that area ?!?! Can anymore attest or explain or experienced the same?
