Hello again offtopic. While this has been floating around the internet for years, I cannot think of a time where it was posted on this forum. So I'm here to possibly ruin this childhood movie for you. [u]Nemo[/u] means [i]no one[/i] in latin. When Marlin's (the father) wife and kids were brutally killed in front of him in the beginning, his mind breaks from reality. He raises "no one" and goes on a wild chase to find his son who never existed. Dory, arguably, is just a mentally challenged fish who follows this distraught father's delusions. Pretty dark for a child's movie.
