The SIVA OutBreak Is All Lord Saladins Fault
In the first mission our Ghost asks Saladin what the Fallen would want in the temple and why isnt the Vanguard guarding it if its dangerous. He replies something along the lines of "This is my responsibility".
So had he warned the Vanguard about this then we couldve had the area under high security and the Fallen wouldve never been able to infuse themselves with SIVA
IMO Saladin should be brought up on charges. Maybe even sentenced to death as his own selfishness surely resulted in casualties

Zavala loves his weapons and handing out good ol' ass whooping's, blindly with out no remourse. He would surely send all guardians to go and find out what ever we could at any cost once he finds out that SIVA is capable of bringing back the golden age It seems like Sladadin isn't that much of a talker or an explainer, and he's alone. So it would be very easy for the vanguard to go over his wishes and go get it. He was smart for keeping quiet about it. The vanguard would go over him and try to take what ever is left of SIVA, re-engineer it and then the likes of oryx, or the vex would grab it since the vanguard would not be prepared for it.
