I'm not sure where else to go

So I know this doesn't really belong here but I'm having trouble communicating with the Bungie store help folks and I'm hoping you can pass this along. I placed an order for the digital version of the TTK soundtrack and everything was charged to my credit card and I even got a confirmation email. However I never got the follow up email with the link to download the album or my emblem. I waited about 36 hours (since the email said delivery within 24 hours). Then I replied to the confirmation email, no response after a day. Then I submitted a help request through the store support site and waited, now three days, no response. I'm hoping someone here can help me or pass the word to the bungie store folks. Thanks!!
