Whenever people try and use topics ethnicity and religion to divide Americans. They're not your friend. Forgive them, for they may not know, what they do. I want to make a thread today about Bashar Al-Assad. He is the Syrian leader. Currently, His country is under seige. The Islamic State(a known terrorist organization)has been pushing into its territories. IS is not Syrias only problem. Foreign back rebels known as the FSA (free Syrian army) also tear the country apart. The United States and its NATO allies have been arming the FSA and Islamic State. They have continuously helped IS with weapons, vehicles and even air strikes. There is no distinction between a moderate, radical or extremeist terrorist. Why must Al-Assad relinquish leadership? How does this serve the American people? Our money is being spent to bankroll terrorist orginizations. Our recent involvment in certain foreign affairs is disturbing. Look at Libya, Ukraine, Egypt the list goes on and on. All have suffered regime change. The citizens of these countries is who suffers most. Women and children die. Ancient relics defaced. Nothing good can come from it. Should Bashar Al-Assad be removed from power? If so, for what reason.
