Rate my Ill Will
It has outlaw, braced frame for 2 less bullets much better stability, and luck in the chamber. Im loving it so far and it can 2 shot easily considering its a 20% chance to proc luck in the chamber.

Loved mine Final Round Speed Reload LITC I know people wet themselves for that perk that lowers the rounds by 1 but man I couldn't tolerate this guns painfully slow reload speed.
