Local network issue. If you cant fix it then id like a refund please.

You could try getting a refund for RoI from the retailer you purchased it from: Amazon / Microsoft Store / etc. You won't get one for the old game though. It would be hard to convince anyone that the product you played for 907+ hours should qualify for a refund :-)
