so do the factions still drop year 2 class items because i just hit rank 25 in new monarchy and cannot complete the exotic quest. i wore an emblem and shadder along with the new high command bond yet no progress was made after multiple strikes and crucible games? Im assuming the year3 bond isnt programed to be part of the quest, so are those quests just incompletable now or whats up?
