The Tree of Life is a concept I've had in the back of my mind for quite a while now. The exotic perk would be called Setting Roots and is as follows: Standing still for 3 seconds makes a small area of increased regeneration and reload speed for allies. Staying still for another 5 seconds increases this buff slightly. EDIT I was thinking it could be for the Warlock because there main focus is on regeneration, but that's not a guarantee. It wouldn't be for Titans (thanks to SonicMaster25) because of Defenders, but it could work with Hunters. I would like to add that the increased reload speed would be near Outlaw speed and staying still for the whole 8 seconds makes the AoE buff "stick" on you for 8 seconds.
