UN **RESOLVED**
This afternoon I re-checked my sons XBO under "manage" for Destiny and lo and behold there was items to install. Hadn't been there previously the entire week. Installed and good to go
As of 09/25 we're back to where we started... About 3 hours after calling it resolved, it "un-resolved" itself... so BUMP BUMP
We have 2 different XBO's which we'll call A & B for this. 2 players, my son and myself. Xbox A is the main on which I am the primary account holder and all of our games pretty much start here.
Both A and B have been playing Destiny for a long time with Dad on A and son on B.
Rise of Iron comes out and both XBO's get the updates and everything looks good until Son launches ROI on B and he has no access. I log into B and I can play, no problem. Even if both accounts are logged in on B, son still can't play on B.
He can however, play on A, which means I'm forced to play on B if we're both playing.
Bungie- please help. Don't tell me it's a console problem and contact MS. I've tried changing "home", tried the complete power down/unplug/reboot. Nothing's worked.

We got lucky 2-3 times no luck anymore no matter what. Very annoying. Any other games work no problem we can play together. I can't even join any fireteam if he is in it. Tried all network suggestions and nothing.
