Hi Tiago, What TTK activities are you trying to access? What error messages are you receiving?

  • Firstly please forgive me if I'm doing something stupid or wrong, I am not a gamer and this is the first game I play in more than 7 years, things have changed a bit, I don't have access to any TTK activities, all the things I can access are: 1. Tower 2. Cosmodrome Wall and trial missions 3. Last 3 activities of Crucible When I bought TTK, I received that Light thing that boosted me to Level 25, Venus and Mars are now on the map, however, all missions have a padlock, and the first mission for TTK on Mars says: Requirements not met, and then wen I select it, it asks me to purchase "Destiny: Rise Of Iron"

  • Interesting. Thank you for the additional details! The game may still think you are in the Trial Mode. To troubleshoot this you may need to completely uninstall and reinstall Destiny.   • Nope, still nothing, reinstalled it and it's still in trial mode, exactly as before.

    Thank you for trying that! As a next step you may need to try reinstalling again, but this time also restoring your licenses. Here is the recommended order for doing so: 1) Uninstall ALL Destiny content and add-ons 2) Clear your console cache 3) Restore licenses 4) Reinstall Destiny Here are links again to the pertinent guides; Restoring Licenses - https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181 Reinstalling Destiny - https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=45180 If the above process does not resolve the issue, you may need to contact PlayStation Support to investigate potential issues with your game licenses.

  • Already tried that, the problem doesn't seem to be with licensing, as it requires only ROI, before it said it required ROI AND TTK. It seems more to be a bug with the game not giving me the proper permissions

  • BTW, sorry for the rant. I am a software programmer and I can identify good software, you guys did a good job with Destiny, congratulations. :)
