The boots give you enhanced crouch speed and whatever else that useless abilities is. Yet, keen scout on nightstalker enhances sprint and crouch speed, enhances your radar, and tracks damaged enemies. So bungie, a team of over 700 masterminds thought one fraction of a class perk was worthy of an exotic? Seriously? How does your legs reload a weapon? What the hell, laziness at its finest. They aren't even trying, how is this a huge game changer? Nightstalkers have been on that speed since year two. I won't even talk about the second ability, it's just convenient if your reload time is abysmal. You might as well get lazy and give warlocks a shield when they glide because that would've been a useful exotic perk, a shield in front and curving slightly below their toes so they aren't floating targets. Cancels when they exit glide, or shoot. You had a whole year man, a whole year and some twat tosses a dart at a board of ideas created by a vanilla drunk dude. One year, one year, bungie your exotics are so bad that year one is still king in exotics. Twilight garrison is a perfect example of an exotic perk, it gives a new ability to titans, enhances their survivability. Stop giving these whack exotics like nothing manacles, why can't grenades have a perk tree to them. Maybe swarm could track targets when tossed, or it becomes a swarm of void caltrops that hurts and severely slows anyone touched by it. Perfect for groups. I'm just winging some ideas and it's better than your whack boots that look similar to the Trials of Osiris year two boots. Make exotics that give your class something it doesn't have. I love my graviton forfeit, but it's a perk saver. Doesn't change the nightstalker at all, yet it's exotic worthy.
