Stop limiting Archon's Forge
Bungie, I appreciate that you learned from Court of Oryx. That was honestly some of the most fun I had in TTK. You made Forge better by having exclusive gear and making the drops end game worthy (at least for now). It's also a lot of fun with the axes that spawn and lots of enemies, so on and so forth.
So why is it when I go to the Forge it's always empty? Well, two things:
It's too hard to get a group together to do it.
It's too hard to keep it going because offerings don't drop enough and we can only hold one.
This is a big part of your new dlc. Stop holding it back and let it take center stage as a viable way to gear up. Let the offerings stack/drop way more of them and see if you can find a way to instance people into an instance with other people who may be running their own offerings.

Just to add my voice. I have bounties stacking up that are unfinishable as the forge is ALWAYS empty when I get there. Most pointless area of the game IMHO.

Same problem here, in 2 weeks not a single time I was able to find somebody in the forge. I try to come 4-5 times a day but it is always empty.

Same here, been stood in the forge 30 min and not a single person has come by. I have loads to do here but the only time I got to play it was launch day :(

100% in agreement to this.. why the hell limit the offerings, even if the offering is a different kind, we can only hold one.. I can farm for them, but what's the use, when only one can be carried, it's just dumb.

To quote Gimli "the forge's fire is ashen-cold" I can not find Siva to save my life after hours spent in the blighted lands. The forage is always empty and I have a bounty to complete the shank encounter 4 times. What in the world?

It would be an idea to consider buffing the user of the offering so that it gives them more of a chance to be rewarded with gear. I've seen and experienced first hand people getting no rewards as others do after they have used their offering.

3 RepliesIm confused I see people saying they got snipers & fusions from the Forge but Ive done all the bountys got the 20 wins in the book defeated 3 of my own perfected offering & atleast 10 randoms perfected offerings & Ive not saw anything but class items,I thought thats what its giving like CoO gave artifacts this gives class items. So there are weapons to farm for seriously?

3 RepliesDon't forget about how if you're doing it solo, when you die they give you enough time to respawn and put the splicer key in the machine, but the event will end before the splicer key will even open the door, therefore wasting your offering.

Doubt they'll do anything to change it yet, pretty obvious that it's to make it last longer. Same with the drop chance of gear, it's designed to keep us grinding...even worse than the mess before ttk..

I like the idea of it, public event with its own specific rewards but being able to carry 1 offering at a time is crazy, not only that ive not found a way to get them other than relying on RNG from shooting enemies. Great concept...poor execution

i don't like the drop rate of the offerings and the fact you can only hold one. not sure why they don't stack/combine on top of each other like runes do..

Also, me and some people ran it about 20 times tonight. Only 1.... 1 weapon dropped And some did not even get a armor You should get a weapon every time from a perfected! And at leas a armor from the fused Just kinda stupid how many you can do and. I get a offering or a gear!

I actually went to do an offering I'd found and there were two other people in there. I have no idea how but they kept opening and opening. We did like three perfected ones, like six captain ones, four or five shank, and a bunch of dregs. I have no idea how they kept opening them cuz I only had on or two offerings fall. I popped a perfected offering killed it and only got a blue engram. Drop rates sucks, that hour or so I spent in there was so much fun. Unfortunately the other five or six times I've been there have been nothing like this.

It's basically pointless until they change it. I have done 4 perfecteds and have gotten nothing. BUT off fused, blue berries or team mates I have gotten several drops. Totally makes sense. Also gotta say the blueberries and teamates didn't get anything

AF is so useless with the drop rate of the offerings. I have no idea what Bungie was thinking. Why are they obsessed with limiting fun?
