SOMEONE HELP ME ALREADY. 4TH TOPIC. USELESS MENTORS.
Read my entire thread before you respond.
This is the 4TH TOPIC about this issue. I tweeted @BungieHelp twice. No response. To say the least, no one has done crap for me. It shouldn't take 4 topics. There was only 1 mentor who even attempted to help, and he/she just provided me some bullshit copy+paste solution from the Help Documents which I already read and doesn't relate to my issue at all, then never followed up to even check when I replied to him multiple times.

Whenever I try to activate my group as a clan, it gives me an error. "The Clan failed to migrate to its new location".
I've given foundership of the group to another person. He couldn't activate it. I tried activating it on 2 different computers and 2 different web browsers. HELL, I've even deleted the group and made it again. And YES, we have 3 active members. (We have 5)
If there's a mentor out there who isn't useless, DO ME A FAVOR AND SEND BUNGIE HERE. This isn't an error anyone can fix except for bungie. This is a glitch on the website. Don't link me to your help documents. I've read them. I've tried.
So sorry for the salt. But I'm not sorry. You guys are borderline useless.

9 RepliesHey there, I just got into the office and it looks like you initially reported your issue during employee off-hours. Anyways, this isn't something the mentors would have caught, as it's a server-side issue with how we're storing clan data. I am looking into this, as there isn't going to be a workaround you can do on your end. When it is resolved, I can notify you to try and activate your clan again. In the future, please refrain from making multiple threads, as it pushes out inquiries from other users. The mentors are good at sending me and other employees issues that only we may have the ability to investigate, which is how I found you. When your clan ceases to get an error, remember that everyone in your group will need to select the "set as clan" button on the website (not the mobile apps).
