cant access the app, says I'm a legacy player but I'm not

so it just happened randomly, i can't access my characters, my progress, grimoire well i can't access anything on my phone or my computer. it says that they're not supporting legacy players anymore, the only problem is that I'm playing on ps4 and have done that in more than a year now. I did accept that character transfer a few weeks ago and this just happened so if anyone has the same problem or know what to do id really appreciate it.
