Although Twitch has been at the forefront of streaming for some years; this year it appears to have been surpassed by YouTube streaming on the issue of buffering which in recent months seems to have become more the norm when trying to view using Twitch.
Yes, YouTube streaming is delayed anywhere between 10 - 15 seconds but it is a very rare thing for it to have buffering issues and is by far the smoother experience for many if not most of the viewing public. What I find peculiar is Twitch's lack of effort to address the issue as more and more Twitch streamers are dual streaming to address their viewer concerns.
