My thoughts on recruitment teams and clans & what I want

The following post is base of my point of view of everything I saw, experienced and heard from raids and the clans I was a part of Hello, as year 2 of destiny is getting close to come to it's end and the beginning of a third year begins next week I have come to a few revelations as to the elephant in the room that no one bothered to talk about. That is the recruitment teams and clans. For the past year since I started destiny in the taken king expansion I have tried to complete raids but every raid team I was a part of always end with quitters and those that doesn't work as a team. You could blame it with communication, or choice of teammate, or lack of knowledge of a raid, but the bottom line is that most of the players in destiny has never work with other as one whole team. In the past raids I been to last week, I went to several recruitment posts on king's fall that I want to be a part of, half of those post has no game invite from the fireteam leader and those that get those invite never respond! And as for the recruitment team itself, when things in the raid get too difficult or if a player doesn't get his way, half of the team quits early and abandon the remaining team with no chance of completely the part of the raid! And don't get me started with the community clans, the clans I once was in never interact with each other or even work together as a team. All the messages from every clan I was has only single team request for raids that most of them never bother to join because they care only for their own need instead of the need of those that really need the help on quests, strikes and secret locations. and the other half of the clans I was in was dead in the water, those dead clans never interact or even work as a clan team. Even the newbies and rookie was forced to learn everything on their own because most of you destiny veterans never teach them on how it should be done. which because of that we got more inexperience players that screwed up raids because they didn't get the fundamentals of how a raid works or how to work as a team. With all that said, I am very disappointed on how our community is, what ever happens to teamwork and helping out someone when they need it? I want a team that can work as a team, fight as a team and communicate as a team, I want a clan that can actually help people, be active and has a good group that interact with each other and work with each other to be a great destiny clan team (those achievements of clan base team are something to get incase you didn't notice on your xbox one or ps4), I want this community to be a community and not be a bunch of unhelpful, quitting early, annoying, selfish, idiotic, rage quitting, worst players that ever walk in the game of destiny! And before you judge me, let me throw down a few facts to your virtural faces. I never quit early in anything, I always follow what the leader need the team to do, and I'm always respectful to those that deserve it but I will call you out if you doing something disrespectful.
mic drop
So if there really is a team or a clan that actually does work together in teams than go on and comment and make your claim. prove me wrong.

Eh, before we got bored with it, we regularly ran people through raids to help them out, and as long as they listened we never quit out on them. We would post all over lfg sites offering runs and challenge mode finishes, taking up to three randoms at a time with us, or offering to help fill out a group that needed one or two more, and only offering advice on how best to overcome a section people were having trouble with and if there was a huge lack of communication. Sometimes people listened, sometimes they didn't. I'd only leave a group when people refused to listen, communicate, or learn. Now, to be fair, there were some times where we took off the backpacks and booted someone from our group and called it a night because they were just not trying to be part of the run in a constructive way and started throwing insults at us when they would die or otherwise screw up a tactic we were using or teaching them. Seriously, the times I could tell you where one or two people who had been asking for help tried to dictate to us how we should do the raid are many, and more than once we gave the ultimatum of "shut it and do it the way that gets it done in under an hour, or leave, because you needed us, we don't need you." We've even run people through who couldn't use mics (deaf or mute people do game). Heck, we even just 3 and 4 manned the old raids the past 3 weeks to help newer members of the clan get drops they had never been able to wrangle down or get trophies. Delivering mythoclasts and cruxes for the fun of it. Even got to the point we had full raid groups this week for VoG because it was so fun to literally melt bosses with sleeper simulant. Heck, even pvp we communicate a lot. I'm an average player but I am good with strategy, and when any of us are dead we use that to our advantage to tell others in the party where enemies are at, where they are moving to, how to best move to get advantages, and it pays off. Once we get 4 or more in the fireteam our win % jumps up to 80's or higher. We make sure everyone has a chance for getting gear from hidden quests or encounters like the black spindle quest, to where even the guy who admits he is the worst player in destiny got it. And we don't exclude people out of things. Too many people for one raid, but not enough for two? Ok, we rotate people out as the week goes by so everyone gets at least one finish, same goes for any other activity. Heck, I likely did the sword quest strike 40-50 times just to help others or their friends out.
