i know this conversation has been talked about a lot. i would like to put my two cents towards it.

I would like to start off by saying i am a military veteran, and trained shooter. I also enjoy FPS games. With that being said, hand-cannons have become crap (for the most part). I have played this game since before launch.
Now i would like to talk about how I feel.........
1) While there takes practice and skill to have accuracy with a weapon, our guardians are trained. They are not some noob walking into boot camp.
2) I (we of the community), understand that hand-cannons are meant for close to mid-range combat. Not the snipers they once were in year one.
3) [b]Most [/b]hand-cannons do not have a high fire rate.
With all of this being said, i do not feel as if hand-cannons should have "bloom". I do feel that to keep them inline, they should have a higher fall-off in damage, and possibly add "sway". As far as "sway" goes, it should be introduced shortly after ADSing (say 1.5-2 sec).
Since the very beginning, you have said this game, "is driven by the community's feed back". Reading through the forums, i can see "we", the community are not happy with this. When we are in a "Do or Die" situation, we shouldn't have to rely on "RNG" ([b][u]LUCK[/u][/b]), to win a gun fight. If i come around a corner, see an enemy, fire my first shot, makes contact, the enemy turns and returns fire, my second shot does not make contact (RNG), now I'm dead. i have been killed by a well placed sniper shot, scout rifle, auto rifle, or super.
Please, do not undermine the people whom play your game, and treat them like they don't know what they want. they can make or break this game.
Any day you would like to see how a person whom knows how to shoot a "Hand-cannon", in the real world, does at 20 yards. hit me up.

I don't want full accuracy, but the bloom is ridiculous as of right now. bloom is necessary, but right now its too much bloom. bloom should become noticeable at over long medium range to long range.
