I am new to the game and I recently bought the collector's edition. It took me to reach level 22 on my main character before I even knew that I was meant to have received exotic items from the postmaster. I realised it when I made a new warlock and I got them. With my hunter and titan I've had no such luck, I can still get the emotes and shaders but i can't get the items. I paid for this game and didn't receive what I have paid for, I had massive respect to Bungie before this. I've tried reinstalling various things and I still don't get anything, the patch notes suggested they had fixed this error but apparently not. Can anyone help me?
