Either tell us it was by design and you forgot to mention it or admit there is a bug and that it will be worked on. But either way, the ability to level up light on any character since the update has become virtually impossible. Commentary about the issue has grown across the internet over the last week so it's not localized to any individual. Drops went from being occasional Blues and Purples somewhere near the Guardian's light level (+/- some) to frequent drops of about 100-140 light below (Greens), occasional 60-80 light below (blues) or rarely about 30-40 light below (purples). All my Three of Coins churn out nothing or Legendary engrams lately, no exotics as of yet since update. At least pre-update I could count on an exotic every 5-10 ToC used. I've burned up about 20 with nothing or purples. You guys are busy with rolling out DLC launch, we get it. But please respect us to acknowledge that there is either a bug or designed feature which prevents anyone doing a non-raid activity from getting gear that allows advancement.
