Exotic from a BLUE ENGRAM?
I just got done doing a heroic strike and just returned to the tower. I put all of my legendary engrams in my vault and went to the cryptarchy to decode blue engrams. I decoded them really fast and someshow got a Dragon Breathe from it. I swear all I had was blue engrams. I have evidence too.

Year two had just started. I had saved up and was able to reach the marks to buy my first "280" exotic. I got the the truth. I tested it out on a strike. On that strike I received a blue heavy engram. Went to the Cryptarc, it turned into another truth. Could be worse but in a way I felt like I had wasted my marks. I also imagined the bungie team laughing at me 'flipping me the bird'.
