Totally agree.
It's amazing as a pve weapon.
In pvp, it'd just an ordinary mid-impact auto that suffers against those that have better advantages. You can do well with it, but takes lots of practice and playing cat and mouse with people

"Playing cat and mouse" is actually not a bad euphemism for Fabian Strategy, as a military tactic. Of course, the Fabian Strategy applies to asymmetrical warfare, meaning you're facing a superior opponent that you can't confront head on. That's maybe not the best selling point for a competitive environment...
