Hello.
Yesterday we bought an Xbox One, so my son could continue to play Destiny when the new DLC drops.
During the account import from the 360 (in the Destiny:The Taken King startup screens) he receives, eventually, error message 'tapir'. However, importing my account works just fine.
How can we get this resolved in a timely fashion?
