Last Chance to Complete Some Moments of Triumph!!
Hey guys, I just wanted to give you guys a friendly reminder that the time frame to complete some of your moments is quickly coming to a close. The attached video (~2 minutes long) has the same information (for those of you who prefer the video platform). However, for those guardians who like to read, here you go:
The Rise of Iron launches in 3 weeks, which means this week marks some of the last chances to complete activities that rotate on a weekly basis.
This week's nightfall is the Darkblade strike. One of the Taken King's calcified fragments is earned by completing a nightfall on the Dreadnaught. Since this can only be done while two strikes are nightfalls, this very well might be your last week to earn this fragment.
Next, you guys need to go ahead and complete the raid challenges. These can be completed on EITHER normal or hard to earn their respective fragments. This week features your last chance to defeat the Golgoroth challenge. Also keep in mind that next week will be the last Oryx challenge and in two weeks you will have your final chance to overcome the Warpriest challenge.
Finally, if you need to defeat some of the tier 3 Court of Oryx bosses, you need to do so now. This is the last week to kill Kagoor. In addition, next week is your final chance to kill Thalnok, and the week after that marks the last time you will be able to kill Balwur, before the Rise of Iron comes out.
Make sure to go ahead and get groups together to complete all of these things, if you have not done so yet. You don't want to miss out on some fairly cool, exclusive emblems and shaders. Remember, you have until 10 am (Pacific time) on September 20th to complete all of your moments! Good luck! Have a nice day :)!

7 RepliesLiterally could not care less.. y1 was pointless, a crappy emblem you wear for a week and did we even get a shader? Lol Thankfully the moment it launched, I had it completed.. this year I'm still short the 3 challenge modes plus a coo fragment AND still not done my PvP quest (working on it tho for weekly bounties) Guess it's because I took 6 months off so now I don't care to race to catch up..

I've been on the pulse rifle portion of the Weapons Master Quest for a month. I haven't completed a single game with 6 pulse rifle kills. It's just not a priority for me.

6 RepliesTo hell with it. I worked so hard on Y1 moments of triumph and now it wants me to complete the crucible quests. That's a lot for someone who rarely ever plays crucible. Doesn't help I'm super scrubby. Everything else was easy or done, but crucible is just too much to ask for me. Haha. ;-; sadaboutit

I can't play till I renew my xbox live gold and buy a new router... So that last step looks like it won't get done. (Crucible quest)

4 RepliesI'm kind of "bleh" about moments of triumph. I just don't care that much to be honest. I already have all 50 fragments but 49 of those are on one character. I just need to beat hard mode once on principle. I don't understand how some people can just play king's fall that much. Even with a good team it can sometimes take a lot of time and it always felt more like a chore to me than anything else. I've played VoG a scrota a couple of times and I've heard about how much fun VoG was during it's time and I hope I will enjoy the new raid more than king's fall.

They put the better shader as the first reward in my opinion, so i have no intentions to work anymore towards completion.

1 ReplyWell I have tried to look, playing on PSN has its moments to find new people to play with but the thing is I only need 5 more CF and beating Oryx on Hard Mode for the first time in general. I never had a raid group so its hard to say if I will ever get it done anytime soon now..
