That's not a bug. Bungie specifically stated in the December update patch notes, that when Front Lines activates the archetype of auto rifle would merely switch. Nothing more.
Meaning...
Without Front Lines:
88 Rate of Fire
8 impact
This is the standard for all medium impact/medium RoF auto rifles. Examples include the Haakon's Hatchet, Monte Carlo, Zhalo Supercell, etc...
With Front Lines:
100 Rate of Fire
2 impact
This is the standard for all low impact/high RoF auto rifles.
Examples include the Doctrine of Passing, Arminius D, Atheon's Epilogue, etc...
It's just supposed to switch between archetypes of auto rifles. It's performing exactly as intended. The only problem is, it's performance as intended, sucks. That's why it needs a buff.

Would this Weapon haven't a reduction i wouldn't lost 96% of all Gunfights in PvP. They have to do that. Tlaloc with charged Super is stronger then Mida Multitool with High Impact rounds and... Tlaloc deals with charged Super more Damage with the Rate of Fire from Mida... Tlaloc rule every Gunfight in Pvp. But Fabian Strategy have to suck or what? No uselees Buffs longer! Make that the Impact from the normal Mode are active while the Frontline-Perk. -
I agree. Fabian Strategy should keep its impact when Front Lines activates.

Honestly, the original Fabien Strategy before the change was better. The stability increase was axctully helpful, it was just the fire rate that didn't increase that didn't work. It was actually a decent choice for PvE. But the change screwed it up.

I completely agree. I want it buffed so bad but if nothing else, I just want it returned to how it was originally.
