"Smart Loot"
Has this system ever really worked for anyone? Because I've just decrypted an exotic special into my 6th fourth horseman in a row, when all I'm missing is zen meteor. Kinda ironic seeing as I never got a horseman in year 1...
Also just decrypted a helmet on my titan and got graviton forfeit, when all I need is eternal warrior..

Sigh.. "Smart loot" was introduced to legacy engrams and faction packages.. There is so smart loot associated with RNG outside of those things.
