My idea for a character is a Fallen guardian. When you first see him, he is a captain that you have to attack but you both seem evenly matched and you are forced to escape. Due to him being unable he has to be punished but his skill as a captain is to great so rather they strip him of his lower arms. Later it is shown that his ghost has now reunited him due to having to run since the fallen was to close to it. Finding out he is what he has been fighting all along he demands to know where he is from. It turns out that when the Fallen came to earth, he was one of the few that didn't wan't to attack the humans and because of this he was slaughtered with others who agreed with him. Finding this out, he goes to the tower and informs them of what happened and joins your side not to protect The Traveller or The Last City, but rather out of revenge and redemption. He would join you in missions then after that he would randomly be a vendor in the tower, selling weapons altered by him due to his knowledge over Fallen technology. He would join you radomly on strikes too, not taking any spots however he would just join you as a 4th member.

I believe the vanguard and the speaker will go to war over the rights and royalties generated from the sale of guardian merchandise to the citizens of the city. That's right, the speaker is making his glimmer on the slick by selling cayde and zavala bobble heads and possibly anatomically correct lifesize replicas of petra venji and the queen (but those are special orders). When you consider how many enemies you need to kill for just 2,000 or 3,000 glimmer, guardians are understandably pissed. Also, there will be increased conflict that stems from an argument over what class "the guardian" really is. All I can say is that I will throw my money at the screen for this.
