Disconnecting from Fireteam
I have been experiencing an issue with connecting to my fireteam. On random occasions my game will disconnect me from my activity and return me to orbit and tell me I "left my fireteam". This is not an issue of server disconnection and I am not receiving error codes. So far as I can tell, this is not a problem with my Xbox. This has happened 6 times now and is becoming a real problem for Trials although this has occurred in PvE as well.

Clearing the cache can help remove any bad data or corrupted files that have been stored in the console's temporary files that may be causing this issue. I agree I have had the same damn issue with getting sent to orbit in the middle of a game
