It has 16 GB that I can confirm from checking online and he PC itself says it. However what makes it "good" depends on what you plan to do with it. I will add the FX-8800P has 4 cores and runs off of integrated graphics so don't expect anything heavy.

So I will need to buy a new graphics card?
-
Even with a discrete graphics card you will need to check the power supply unit inside to see the wattage. Your PC also has multiple configurations so I may be wrong on the CPU part. The mother board also comes into play but it seems recent so it shouldn't be too much of a problem.

-
Well like I said you need to look into the PC itself and check the power supply unit, however knowing pre-builds it wouldn't look good. Although I literally just purchased a new EVGA PSU and will wire it in within a few hours, I'll tell you how it runs. But to check your CPU and GPU follow these steps: Windows Key+X key System manager Under Processors and display adapters click the arrow and post here the contents
-
Display adapters: AMD Radeon TM R9 360 Processors: AMD Fx-8800P Radeon R7 12 cores 4c+8g Is that what you needed?
-
Well your desktop already has a dedicated GPU R9 360 is pretty decent but compared to a 1070 that blows it out of the water. Right now your CPU the FX-8800P would be a severe bottleneck to your 1070 however. Also I need the wattage of your PSU too, only way to find that is physically opening the desktop and looking for a square/rectangular box usually in the corner.

Edited by CarefreeMeat: 8/27/2016 5:27:59 PMAhh ok. I can't open it up just yet lol. Still need a bigger case to fit my graphics card. Thanks for the help though. And one more question, the AMD 8800 is equal to an Intel I7, right?
-
It's equal to a notebook/laptop I7 Compared to the "true" CPU's (ex. AMD FX-8350 or Intel I5 6600K) it is much better to have the latter (preferably Intel if you can afford it as it will shred out better performance)
-
Would it be worth the time, effort, and money to switch out the processor to an Intel? If it's even possible.
-
Well if your somewhat tech savvy and you will need to also change out your Motherboard as the 8800P runs off of an entirely different socket then the normal FX series or Intel series. By the way what will you be playing? If it's anything like Witcher 3, GTA V or the new Dues ex then Yes. If it's League, CSGO or any other e-sports games then don't bother
-
Mainly fighters. But I also want to run some shooters on ultra settings likes battlefield and GTA.
-
If you want to run those on ultra, you'll definitely need a new mobo, cpu, gpu, and psu.
