Upgrading from Xbox 360 to Xbox One Difficulties

I very recently bought an Xbox One and had the intention of buying Destiny and her expansions via the Destiny - The Collection Upgrade route. Which is supposed to provide a discounted upgrade path to players that own The Taken King on a legacy console. I own the licenses of and have played, The Taken King as well as all of the other expansions and the base game on my Xbox 360. However I am unable to purchase Destiny - The Collection Upgrade for Xbox One, it simply says that it is "Coming Soon." I haven't purchased any games for my Xbox One yet, I was planning on only purchasing this upgrade for the time being. So right now I have an Xbox One, but no games that I want to play on it; as I am unable to buy the game that I want. I contacted Microsoft Support and chatted with a rep for over an hour, and he is going to schedule a followup (Since he/we could not solve the problem today). However, I posed a question to him before the chat session ended to which his response was to ask you (The Publisher); and since I could not find a way of contacting Bungie directly, I have resolved to pose the question here in the forums. Since both Destiny – The Collection and Destiny - The Collection Upgrade contain the same exact content, is there any way that I can purchase Destiny – The Collection at the discounted $40 (+Tax of course) SRP detailed on your [the publisher’s] website?

  • passing on the xbox one S with the xbox 360, I was hoping that the move will not be a burden. Despite this, I still spend $ 19,99 TTK + $ 29,99 RoI ... but I finally do not have a base Destiny and I do not want to pay again. I have two disks: basic Destiny and Destiny: Legendary edition .. WHY Bungie has not provided the opportunity to receive the keys of the game for xbox 360 xbox one? Why at least not to meet the players and facilitate their transition from one console to another? They spent so much more: the price of the console itself + the price of the new update. And then, I'm tired of arguing with the guys from Xbox support, considering my bad english
