Upgrade to XBOX
Will my experience upgrade from PS3 to XBOX1? I don't want to start all over

Your progress will only carry over if stay in the same console family. (Xbox 360> Xbox One, and PS3> PS4). In this instance here, your progress will not carry over as you switching console families. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12219
