Which one would be better? Raid Matchmaking or In-game LFG

Raid matchmaking will be as useful as team chat if it is released. If a match made team completed the raid, I'd need to see a video or I wouldn't believe it. No one uses Mic's in matchmaking, and the people in matchmaking would be those with no raid groups who haven't completed the raid before. 6 inexperienced players that don't communicate. That sounds great, right?
