Error Codes

I am receiving error codes, well mainly Turtle, as I try to log into my game on Xbox One. It has stated as I log in that the destiny servers are unavailable, but nothing has been said by Bungie Help. I have uninstalled the game completely and reinstalled it, including the update it has for various DLC over the past two years. Still, the same code is displayed as I go to log in. My internet is of a high standard and go play other online games with no issues whatsoever. Can somebody shed some light on this? Or Bungie Help if they are monitoring the forums. I've pre ordered Rise of Iron and don't want to miss out because of a technical issue with logging in. Thanks.

Who is your ISP is it BT, and did you upgrade to a Hub 5?
