School Days. Disregard everything all the sheep who can only regurgitate what others have said about the show, watch it and form your own original opinion on it. You'll either think it's one of the worst things you've ever watched or one of the best.

Edited by Upperclass Bum: 8/26/2016 9:46:21 AMMajority if not damn all the people that didn't like it, claim it was "bad" or make some sort of exaggeration about how it damaged them, et cetera, fail to even explain why any of that is so. They're just piggybacking off of each other. This happens with almost everything in life. People see something, look at the comments and/or reviews before buying, watching, reading, playing or any other type of thing ending with "ing" and whatever the general consensus is, it affects their outlook as they're experiencing it and ultimately their end opinion on whatever they just experienced, turning what should have been an unbiased and clean slate for an opinion into one that was heavily influenced by what others said. Obviously there's exceptions and the person might not always agree with what the majority was saying i.e. either liked it when everyone disliked it or hated it when everyone loved it. But when seeing others opinions - even spoiler free ones, it doesn't really allow you to reach your own conclusions naturally. And for the most part, people do this unconsciously - they aren't even aware that their opinion is being heavily influenced by what they read from others - but, that's not to say necessarily that their opinion would be any different regardless of whether or not they looked at comments. I'm not saying go into to shows completely blind - not even I do that, I at least have to read some spoiler free detail of the plot or synopsis on wikipedia, but I try as much as I can't avoid looking at comments reviews and reception to whatever it is until I finish it, that way my opinion isn't influenced and remains unbiased, objective and true to myself.

I watched it without knowing what it was like and I regretted it big time.

You're just like the majority then...
