Why so many grasp users
I've noticed most top tier players in this game (from destiny tracker leaderboards) are using grasps of Malok.
I got a decent one if you look at my warlock but I just don't get what makes it great. Ya it fires fast and you can get whatever rolls you want basically if you farm enough, but 90% of the time they're able to get away before you kill them because of the lowest impact of all pulse rifles
I do like how it handles and shoots but I've been getting insanely more assist than usual or not finishing the kill because, just that, finishing someone is pretty annoying with this gun.
Just curious about other people's input on this gun

2 RepliesFor every Grasp I see, I see ten Mida/TLW/Hawksaw/Eyasluna users. The only thing that makes GoM stand out is that it's the only one of its archetype right now. It's no more OP than Praedyth's Timepiece, Oversoul Edict, Skorri's Revenge, or the old vendor roll Time on Target. Honestly, I think you get just as much mileage out of a well-rolled Hawksaw or PDX-45. My crucible experience lately has been a plague of legendary hand cannons. All I see nowadays is Eyasluna, Lord High Fixer, Devil You Know, and Finnala's Peril.
