Legendary re-rolls.
I've wondered this for a while. Why not have a re-rolling system for Legendaries? Some are so difficult to come by that chances are if/when you get one, it's more than likely to have trash rolls. Exotics have a way to re-roll, (which is fully understandable) but why not have a way to do it with at least some Legendaries as well? Thoughts?
