Hand cannons need buff
I have been using two hand cannons in the crucible ( the revelator and hawkmoon) and I'm being out gunned from hand cannon range and being out gunned by DoP. All that I'm asking is a small range and stability buffs and remove bloom. If that happens hand cannons will be able to use once again not just eyesluna.

Bump, especially some of the exotic ones like Hawkmoon.
