I think that Stormtrance on the warlock should be nerfed because it puts the entire enemy team to the ground. The only thing that can kill a stormtrance is a well placed sniper shot, or 2 arcblade swipes. Those 2 swipes i could've killed 2 guardians. Also, Stormtrance puts bladedancer to shame, as it kills just as fast as an arcblade, has a longer time, and almost anyone can pull off a 6-man. (edit) I don't think that damage or anything should be nerfed, but somehow make either the range smaller, or the Time to Kill less. ie: have it as a short burst because they just have to hold the trigger and watch as the points come in
