Accident
Hey, I accidently deleted my character from my games will my character stay.

If you uninstalled the game then everything is still there on their servers. If you actually deleted a character, then it's gone for good. Bungie's policy is NO restoration of characters or gear no matter what the cause. Even if it's due to a Destiny bug or a hacker.
