This really needs to be sorted, the collection upgrade bundle that was released a few days ago, THE POLICY FOR PURCHASE IS COMPLETELY WRONG!!
After spending about 3 hours on a chat with a Microsoft employee trying to find out why I couldn't purchase the collection upgrade on Xbox, they told me that the policy to qualify for the discount collection was that you [u][b]HAD[/b] TO OWN THE TAKEN KING ON [b]XBOX ONE![/b][/u]
(the discount bundle was [b]MEANT FOR[/b] PEOPLE [b]UPGRADING FROM THE 360[/b]!!)
CHANGE THIS PLEASE
Btw Bungie/Activision is responsible for this policy not Microsoft. Anyone who cares bump this by all means, I will spam this if I have to!

Yes I have the taken king purchased for the 360 on the same account that I have been trying to use on android, iOS & windows 10 Xbox app as well as all browsers and through xbox One
Tldr: to purchase the collection upgrade bundle for [b]Xbox 360[/b] taken king owners, budgie's purchasing policy says you [b]need it on Xbox One[/b]!!!

1 ReplyI can't buy the Upgrade bundle from the any of the stores (XBox One, Website or even the Android App), the product keep saying "Coming soon" too, with the small diference that the on Xbox One store a release date is market (19/09/2016 at 7:00:00 P.M.), the thing is that I bought the Collectors edition bundle on XBox 360 when TTK came out, and it is registered on my orders list. http://i.imgur.com/m17UNnp.png (The price is in Mexican Pesos) And i was checking on the oficial site to see what that Collectors bundle includes and it comes with: +Base Game +Expansion I The Dark Below +Expansion II: House of Wolves +Destiny: The Taken King +In game items http://i.imgur.com/gvknq1w.png (Can't find this content description on the united states site). So basically i should apply for the Upgrade bundle, but its not letting me buying anywhere, and a friend on xbox 360 sent me this pic on whatsapp. telling me that he already got to buy the upgrade bundle. http://i.imgur.com/4OIEv2k.jpg (Android XBox App) So i decided to call to xbox support on my country (Mexico) and explained all this, and they told me that MAYBE something is happening like what happened on another game, that some people can buy content on the store but some other can't, cause activision/bungie hasn't sent the autorization for this on their AREA, which makes no sense cause my friend is in the same country as me. The Rise of Iron expansion is going to be released tomorrow and if i dont upgrade to XO i will lose all my progress, and if this is going to be the case, ill have to quit supporting this game, cause everytime i hear about an expansion or DLC or even updated, there is always a problem, like when TTK was released, that the content couldnt be shared with the users in the same console, please fix this, i had to work my ass off to buy an XBox One just for this game.
