No. Not really. That would continue to make them less "cool" actually, since their "coolness" comes from their relative rarity. I say "relative" because they're not actually rare anymore after they became super easy to drop after TTK released. I don't mean to come off as an elitist or anything, but it's true that the ships are (or were) cool because of how difficult RNG could be. In year-one those ships were rare as balls and everyone wanted one. I never got one back then but I was blessed enough to receive two Revenants from the faction lottery. Oh how I remember those shaders and ships were elusive. Elusive and exclusive. So to answer that question, no. No that would not be "cool" if they dropped more often. It would just be convenient for those forsaken by RNG.
