CANT USE SITE OR APP

I am currently unable to use the bungie.net site and the phone app for my Playstation Network account, when i try to select my playstation account, which is my main game, i dont even touch my xbox copy of destiny, it doesnt give me my character info, or even show i have any information for playsatation network at all, almost as if the account has been wiped, which i am 100% certain it hasnt since I AM CURRENTLY PLAYING ON MY PLAYSTATION ACCOUNT!!! I've been unable to transfer any items from my character to my vault or to another character or visa versa through both the bungie site and the destiny phone app i thought it was a sign in error but i signed out and back in with my SONY PLAYSTATION NETWORK ACCOUNT and it keeps signing into my XBOX LIVE ACCOUNT USING MY SONY PLAYSTATION NETWORK INFORMATION i have attached a screenshot showing what its doing and what my screen shows when i try to view my playstation account to transfer items, its acting as if my account for PSN doesnt even exist, and every time i try to select gear with my PSN account it switches IMMEDIATELY to my XBox Live account its beginning to piss me off royally and also becoming rather bothersome due to the fact that i cant continuously run through Challenge of Elders with everything i need because i cant pull things from my vault or transfer things without having to go back to the tower or switch characters to do it
