Why can't the community fund specific content directly? This question ran through my head after all the 'PlayStation exclusive Destiny content lasting till 2017' posts started popping up. Why can it only be Microsoft or Sony who pay for the content? Why not the players? Not only could it help the current Xbox exclusive content drought situation, but it could just help fund new content all around. I'd sure as hell pitch in a few bucks here and there if it was to fund more content, especially if it was specific what exactly we were getting. So can any of you answer the topic question, and what do you guys think about the situation going on and this idea in general?
