When i go to the normal the collection pack the button is blue saying "buy", it's clickable and a price is indicated. So i DO have all the qualifications that are stated in the describtion for the upgrade, Destiny base game + all dlc (Dark below, HoW, TTK). I don't know how to check my lincense but i was able to download the dark below and the HoW dlc to my one because the store saw i had it on the 360, this was a week ago. So my account is linked to both 360 and one and i think the lincense to? So whats up?

I've verified the coming soon/greyed out message on Xbox.com. You should be able to purchase on the console's store - as it is working as intended.

Hey, I checked a minute ago, i'm not able to pre-order the it in the xbox store on my xbox. It still says coming soon without a price indicator. Contacting microsoft is no help either since every employe gives me a different story they don't know. But now at least it does show in the store. Checked on the pc also, still the same as ever. I also verified is the licence is correct, and it all checks out. As far is i get form the whole discussion there is a problem somewhere between the communication between bungie and microsoft and what the specific qualifications are for the discount. Maybe you could check that.

Can I just say that it is definitely not working as intended, Microsoft verified that I own the licence for the taken king on 360 under the same account but could not say that I qualified as it didn't match what they had been told. I've continually checked every store possible, especially, the console store and nothing has changed. So please don't say that things are working as intended,it would be useful if anything actually proactive to solve this issue was posted; if not just some acknowledgement to the situation, but please don't pretend that nothing is wrong.

I've already spoken to them and all they could do was try to 'escalate' the case to Activision. So tbh I wasn't expecting a sudden fix, I just thought that since Bungie nor Activision have any way of contacting them, this is the only way to 'escalate' it myself so that at the [b]very least[/b] it wasn't just brushed over.

If Microsoft is telling you that they are escalating it then all you can do is wait for it to be resolved.

Hmm ok, I can't it now at the moment so i will let it know when i checked. But it when i checked it it Both of the "the collection" pack didn't even show up in my store on the xbox one, whillst i could see them on my pc in the store. But i'm going to check it as soon as possible! Thanks for the feedback!

I [b]am[/b] able to buy the [u]full price[/u] collection it's the [u]upgrade[/u] I [b]cant[/b] And anyway it £49.99, and I've been through this with Microsoft and it's the publisher's purchase policy (added image links at the top) that is not correct as to their description, so whatever the case a mistake has been made and it needs changing. If you could link this to the mentor's mentor or whoever possible, would be much appreciated.
