Licenses are managed by Sony and Microsoft. If Sony has "misplaced" your license it is up to them to reconcile it. Bungie doesn't handle licenses and any restrictions are imposed by the console manufacturers.

  • That's exactly what I told them over the phone, they took my console id number and everything minus my blood type but told me the issue isnt on their behalf basically and pointed me this direction. I feel like I'm playing musical chairs at this point.

  • Escalate it with a manager. If you're positive that you bought and licensed the game under your account tell them. Did you buy the disc or download? Regardless they should have a record of when you redeemed or bought TTK.

  • Oh they do, TTK was purchased digitally. I took it as high as they would allow and that wasn't much. Just under 4 hours with them, the entire debacle has given me a headache. If I could just get word from a bungie representative on what I can do that would be a big help at this point. Tired of being pawned off on multiple lines of communication. Thanks for the reply though any help or advice is better than nothing.
