TTK no longer registering, and horrible support.

First off thank you to anyone who reads this and can help me. Alright, so this has been an issue for almost 3 months now and I've put it off waiting for word back from Sony while I moved on to other games and the such. But with Rise of Iron nearing I wish to play Destiny again and prepare my Gaurdians. Issue begins here. Disclaimer I'm not a spring chicken and have owned console's and dealt with related matters for decades but this has me stumped. I logged in to Destiny around the end of May and I no longer had access to my TTK content. All my items, gear and light lv was in place but crucible, missions and TTK content gave me the disclaimer to purchase TTK. I figured it was a minor issue and restarted Destiny and my ps4. Same issue again, couldn't play crucible or access the dreadnaught. No TTK content. Checked to see if TTK was installed still on my console. Poof gone just up and grew legs over night on me. I venture to the psn store to redownload the expansion and sure enough it gives the purchase only option. I spent 4 hours on the phone with Sony entertainment support, their info shows I made the purchase of TTK and told me it's an issue I will have to take up with the "video games content creator" thus the call was of no help. I called back a few days latenr and spoke to another individual this time a girl. She was nice and said we will email you after we further investigate the issue with a solution. No response. So now here I am coming to Bungie for a fix to my issue if they would be kind enough to help me. I no longer own TTK according to PlayStation when they themselves show record of my purchase but refuse to unlock it for me. Horrible customer service that I hope to never deal with again. Thus my Gaurdians sit withholding all off their TTK equipment but not allowing me to play TTK content. It makes no damn sense. Thanks in advance for any help, been a guardian since midnight release.

  • Alright, I suppose my time with Destiny has been cut short unfortunately. I refuse to repurchase something I already bought do to a issue beyond my control. Thanks for the replies and suggestions and cheers to the games future. Thanks for 2 years of good times.

  • Licenses are managed by Sony and Microsoft. If Sony has "misplaced" your license it is up to them to reconcile it. Bungie doesn't handle licenses and any restrictions are imposed by the console manufacturers.

    • Sounds like you may need to restore your licenses. It's an issue that you'd unfortunately have to go through Sony with too as they're the ones that house your licenses and what not.
