If the earth was flat how can objects like the moon appear from the left to right continuously without it rotating around an spherical object ? Earthquakes are byproduct of the earths plates shifting while coming closer to itself, if the earth was flat wouldn't there be no earthquakes as there would be no pressure from a specific point? Because earth is in an axis orbiting the sun we have seasons, but if the earth was flat would seasons not exist due to there being no change in axis point?
If the earth was flat how can objects like the moon appear from the left to right continuously without it rotating around an spherical object?
Thanks for the questions. They are good! Let me make sure I understand the question: how can the sun and moon rise in the consistent way they do on the Flat earth? Both the sun, moon, and anti-moon are smaller and much closer to the surface of the earth and rotate above its surface. The sun rise and sun sets (same for the moon) occur as the sun (or moon) moves into view and recedes from view: like a car that gets bigger as it approaches you, and gets smaller as it moves away.
Earthquakes are byproduct of the earths plates shifting while coming closer to itself, if the earth was flat wouldn't there be no earthquakes as there would be no pressure from a specific point?
Tectonic pressure does not require gravity (which is unexplained anyway) to occur. The disk of the earth is very thick, and the molten core is pressed between two layers of rock. A major source of pressure results from the universal accelerator (UA) that pushes the disk of the earth upward through space at a constant speed. When you jump, the ground accelerates into you, creating the same effects of gravity. The bottom layer of the earth is constantly being pushed up into the upper layer, which exerts massive pressure on the molten layer between.
Because earth is in an axis orbiting the sun we have seasons, but if the earth was flat would seasons not exist due to there being no change in axis point?
Good question. I have talked about this in my Q&A thread:
Q. How do you explain seasons? Also, how do you account for perpetual daylight in the norther and southern hemispheres? A. I touched on the seasons above. Seasons are caused by the variable intensity of light emitted by the sun as it moves above earth's surface. As the sun's path widens and contracts, each portion of the earth receives a disproportionate amount of light. This causes the seasons. The northern "hemisphere" receives constant daylight during the northern summer. The southern "hemisphere" likewise receives perpetual light during the southern summer. The suns orbital path is such that the equator receives an almost constant supply of light.
• LMFAO at the gif!!!! Seriously!?!?! Antarctica is a ring around the edge of your flat earth!?!?!?!?! Hahaha hahahahahaha! It'd be like the Wall from Game of Thrones. Hopefully, that keeps ships from falling off the edge!
