TTK collectors edition items
So a friend of mine bought TTK collectors edition on 360. But he can't access the exotics and shaders on Xbox one? And since TTK collectors edition was pulled from the Xbox store he can't buy that again. Why don't they allow him to access the exotics and shaders that are clearly in his inventory on his account?

As he does not own the licenses for those items, the message "Requires Collectors Edition" will appear. Keep in mind that the licenses are also tied to the console they were used on.
